EXPEDITION COMMAND LEADERSHIP - SUBSTITUTE OR SUCCESSOR OF THE COMMANDER
The Expedition will have a Commander who will be the Project Manager and will travel to all States and Countries. To cover the costs during these activities, he will use his own resources and those of third parties, such as churches or friends.
