ADVISING STRENGTHENS, GROWS AND GIVES SOLIDITY
INTRODUCTION
The America for Christ Expedition is a project offered by the UMCEB to provide voluntary support and advice to state associations and unions of military Christians and public security professionals in Brazil.
The purpose of this project is to expand and strengthen the Associations/Unions affiliated to the UMCEB and to energize the actions in the states, which are still timid. Its primary objective is to energize the reach of lives for the Kingdom of God.
It was developed on the basis of various works prepared and/or carried out over six years, containing seventeen gigabytes of files, by AMME - Missionary Action of the Evangelical Military, under the guidance and monitoring of Pastor Dierson - Captain PM/DF and President of AMME and ACEMPS.
The America for Christ Expedition includes numerous sub-projects that will be developed as feasible, always seeking to meet its purpose and specific objectives (main and secondary), which will be aided by the implementation of the Eduque Mil Institute.
These sub-projects aim to disseminate knowledge, efficient and visionary strategies to achieve better results in the unity and communion of its members.
Support services for the aforementioned professionals, aimed at: strengthening, growing and solidifying individual and collective work, in order to meet the most diverse needs of the security family, in its most diverse institutions. Strengthening the state units also provides dynamism to the UMCEB.
The topics have therefore been carefully selected. Essential topics for the expansion and strengthening of the Associations/Unions. One of the main tasks will be to support and guide those Associations/Unions that see the need to expand their target audience by reforming their Statutes, as UMCEB has done in order to add Christians who are members of the public security system.
ASSEMPS-CE also reformed its Statute, in the search for constant improvement, immediately after the reform of the UMCEB Statute. I would like to highlight ACEMPS-DF, which, through its implementation, has achieved great success in bringing together evangelical Christians from twelve institutions in the defense and public security system. I would like to highlight AMME's affiliation without any change in its activities.
The work of the various institutions in the Federal District has already come together in ACEMPS-DF, so we have practical experience as a basis for success and not just theory. We urgently need to overcome the obstacles that inhibit progress on the scale of our potential, mobility and social, religious and ecclesiastical penetration in the sphere of the professionals mentioned. They live and carry out their work at strategic points of greatest spiritual need and this opportunity is a gigantic open door for us to make a difference in missions. We have the potential to shake up the world.
The topics to be discussed are compasses that guide our attitudes and motivate our actions, thus serving to form our identity and doctrine. The lectures will be virtual and face-to-face, and will not be conclusive or final, but will awaken the search for learning and innovation. This project has been made available to the UMCEB for implementation, which could also be made available to the ACCTS, MSO, MMI and the AMCF, for mutual support and continuity of the work plan throughout the American continent.
