Communication Plan
The communication plan is of utmost importance for the project as it will enable the dissemination and universalization of knowledge about the action plans, the formation and loyalty of alliances, and the execution of the project. The project, along with all its annexes, will be available online on a website for everyone's knowledge and to address any doubts that may arise. These actions aim to recruit missionaries to work, whether in support roles or on the front lines. The search for supporters will be facilitated, and everyone will feel secure with the information provided, the inclusion of their names as stakeholders, and there will be full transparency.
Mission activities will be posted on social media with online access across the Continent, mainly through partners aiming to attract volunteers. Video calls can be made by partners at any time to maintain contact with the working team. The communication plan will use various means of dissemination.
The best channel of communication for our project is the action of the Holy Spirit of God, through the well-known words "COME TO ME," spoken to hearts torn by the world's anguish, and "GO INTO ALL THE WORLD," announced to the true servants of God. These commandments echo from heaven to the hearts of true Christians. This propagation goes far beyond TV channels, radio stations, and social media; nonetheless, these will also be used and given due importance as instruments in the hands of God's servants. We understand that the greatest promoter of the project will be the Holy Spirit’s communication in spreading the message of the Word and the motivations of the Project itself, as well as the call and sending of the workers for the Eleventh Hour.
Faith in the Project as God's Plan and Will – We believe that the Project is a divine plan with God's primary objectives for the world today. It is not the communication itself that has the power to attract but the Lord’s will in the values presented in the project; both complement each other.
Belief in the Project – It Speaks for Itself – We believe in the structure, vision, and scope of the project, as it is relevant, noble, visionary, bold, and unique. We will face obstacles, but the work plan is well-structured.
Promotional Action by the Executors Based on Their Commitment – We believe in the promotional work to be done by the executing partners, as military and public safety professionals have significant mobility and social and religious penetration. The well-known marketing phrase “word-of-mouth” is applicable here.
Utilizing Relationship Bridges as a Communication Factor – One of the biggest challenges of the project is opening a channel of dialogue with people. The overwhelming amount of information and communication channels are enormous; they help but also pose obstacles due to their excess. Bridges of relationship must be built to form partnerships with common goals for both the project and the partners’ interests. Seeking connections with similar goals of other people is the best marketing that attracts potential partners. This attractive power of common interests is a decisive factor in capturing attention in communications. Only in this way will people pay attention to something new amid daily demands. We have strong relationship bridges that provide connections and are secular and even millennia-old, including: Christianity, militarism, and MCFs (Military Christian Fellowships).
Christian Unity – This is a fundamental communication factor for persuasion. The value and importance established by Christ regarding Christian unity are principles defended by the executors of the Evangelical Military Unions and Associations: AMME, ACEMPS, UMCEB, AMCF, MCFs.
The Biggest Challenge in the Communication Plan – The greatest difficulty the mission anticipates will be having someone to handle communications. All the mentioned requirements are not difficult for those living in the information technology generation; however, the challenge lies in the possibility of volunteering, as paying someone to do this is easy and simple. The core challenge is: are there volunteers for this? Will there be resources to pay someone? Will we find a volunteer willing to receive a stipend and do we have the resources for that? We believe there are still people who love God’s kingdom and work tirelessly in His service. We need people who:
- Know how to use social media for posting, receiving information, and answering questions. They need to understand and keep track of the project’s execution.
- Have the ability to create small videos, summarize completed work for the production of the Daily Log, and produce the agenda of activities to be carried out.
Social Media and Communication Means – All social media will be used for dissemination, seeking partnerships, volunteers, and supporters. We will have a website for posting the project’s execution plan. There will be WhatsApp groups for specific teams and strict discipline in usage. Immediate communications and postings of electronic addresses for supplementary information will be done in these groups. We will use:
- Website
- YouTube
Daily Dissemination and Posting Methods:
- Morning: Agenda and prayer requests for daily challenges.
- Evening: Daily Log; message of gratitude, motivation, needs.
- Monthly: Summary Report.
Required and Potentially Donated Communication Materials and Means:
- Notebook
- Cell phone with a good camera for photos and videos
- Tablet
- Data line for receiving and transmitting information
- International broadband
Various Actions Aimed at Membership, Motivation, and Loyalty:
- Offer variety: means, methods, and content.
- Post images: photos and videos of people, events, work, and notable cultural and prominent locations.
- Regularly update communication channels and promptly respond to partners' questions and needs.
- Transparency as a reason for unity, loyalty, and connection.
