Criticism, Suggestion and Decision
Criticism, Suggestion and Decision
The mission is based on the aegis of criticism to add value to those already included. In addition, participation is broad through local leaders. Every suggestion will be analyzed and the possibility of making it viable will be studied, and the commander will be responsible for deciding whether to implement it after analyzing the Lord's will, the arguments, the fundamental structure of the project and the costs. We will be attentive to criticism through our work routine in the form of “feedback” and opinions.
The laws of growth and development involve the educational process, renewal of the way of thinking and automation, that is, the habit of acting. It is necessary to grow in leadership and in the method of work. All of this requires leaving the comfort zone, being prepared for criticism and ready to change old habits. The Bible teaches us to always grow and to be productive with the renewal of our mind, therefore the Sacred Writings condemn unproductivity and stagnation.
The Expedition Commander is studying and preparing for a range of people with ideas that are contrary to the project or suggesting additions that distort the foundations. There will always be minds that resist change, not only because of the reasons mentioned, but also because the ideas did not originate from them. We are ready for all suggestions for improvements, replies, rejoinders, and so on, as we will not engage in endless arguments. No one is obliged to fully or partially adhere to the plans outlined, only suggestions.
Guidelines:
Learn about the project before making suggestions;
Request additional information about certain project actions that you do not understand or agree with, before making a suggestion;
Once these initial steps have been completed, make a suggestion if you are not convinced;
It will be up to the Mission Commander, if he deems it necessary, to make a rejoinder to the suggestion made immediately;
The final word will be with the Commander, who may or may not accept the suggestions, after praying, consulting with the counselors and the will of the Lord;
Not all suggestions will be accepted, especially if they modify the fundamental requirements of the project;
Endless discussions that polarize opinions are unnecessary.
