Field Research: Experimental Execution and Acceptance Evaluation
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have selected you, as missionaries who are members of the associations of evangelical Christian military personnel and public security professionals from the states of Ceará and Goiás, to serve as advisors and evaluators for our project. This work is termed field research or experimental execution, and upon completion, it will be included in the overall planning before finalization.
We are pleased that you have accepted our invitation to review and present the "Expedition America for Christ," to provide feedback, and, ultimately, to issue a concept and feasibility assessment of this grand project. It is a continental megaproject directly and a global one indirectly. To carry out this work, we will undertake the following essential procedures:
Activity Calendar:
- Create a WhatsApp group for quick and direct communication.
- Make preliminary contacts to schedule the research in a timely manner.
- Present information both virtually and in-person.
- The Expedition Commander will visit the state and stay for five days.
- Schedule a meeting with the local association.
- Arrange a security service meeting with three to five churches of the association members.
- Evaluate the expedition.
- Request a donation from the church and the service to cover local expenses.
Objectives:
- Experimental execution of the Expedition.
- Gauge reception and collect suggestions.
- Statistical assessment of acceptance.
- Evaluate the feasibility of execution.
- Form initial partnerships with supporters.
