Sources of Funding for the Expedition
RESOURCES FOR ALL, TO RETAIN AND MAINTAIN.
There are numerous opportunities to seek resources from the heavenly treasures or the Kingdom of God to fund the "Expedition America for Christ." These funds are available in the hearts and pockets of God's servants who donate their lives and resources out of love and gratitude. Creativity, perseverance, competence, and transparency will be essential for establishing financial partnerships.
The Expedition will have expenses, and where will the resources come from? The mission is not solely focused on its own financial aspect but will seek funds to be donated to everyone involved: the local association, UMCEB, and to sustain itself. It is not fair for the project's author and commander to cover the expenses alone, as they are dedicated to serving the state associations and churches within the project's common goals. It is only fair that those who are served contribute to covering the expenses of the Expedition during its time in each federative unit, and, if possible, provide extra funds to assist in covering expenses in states or countries with no organized associations or with limited operations.
The Expedition will have a Commander who will manage the Project and travel to all states and countries. To cover costs during these activities, they will use personal resources and those from churches or friends. All individuals who wish to accompany the Mission Commander during the trips and activities should follow their example. Those traveling in service of the mission, along with the local association's board members, will form an executing unit of the Expedition. The goal is to have approximately 500 local, national, and international leaders.
