Subcommanders
Roles and Requirements for Subcommanders, Successors, and Deputies:
- Availability: Be prepared for immediate deployment or coordinate the timing of participation in advance.
- Resource Provision: Contribute to or help secure funding for personal expenses through personal means, friends, or the church.
- Social Media: Join mission-related social media groups as specified and follow the guidance provided.
- Contribution: Regularly or significantly contribute resources or materials.
- Selection: Have been previously chosen and demonstrated outstanding performance during mission activities.
- Leadership Experience: Have experience in leadership roles or activities within the expedition.
- Routine Monitoring: Stay updated on routine mission activities to ensure continuity of command and avoid management conflicts if taking over the role.
- Temporary Replacement: Substitute for the commander during necessary rest periods due to demanding work.
- Successor Potential: May be proposed as a successor in unforeseen circumstances.
- Additional Requirements: Fulfill other requirements as evaluated by the Mission Commander and other partners.
